Iaccred Accreditation Policies

1. Accreditation Eligibility Criteria 

To be eligible for accreditation, schools and teachers must meet the following requirements:

   - Relevant educational qualifications.

   - At least three years of teaching experience.

   - Demonstrated adherence to health and safety standards.

   - Proof of public liability insurance.

   - Relevant licenses and certifications required for delivering training.

2. Accreditation Process 

The accreditation process involves the following steps:

   - Submission of the application form, including required documentation.

   - Initial review of submitted documents by the accreditation team.

   - First assessment meeting (via Teams or telephone call).

   - Live visit to the center by an External Quality Assurer (EQA).

   - Final accreditation decision based on evaluations.

 3. Evaluation Criteria 

The evaluation of schools and teachers is based on:

   - Curriculum quality and relevance to the subject.

   - Teaching methodologies.

   - Student outcomes and feedback.

   - Facilities and resources.

   - Professional development programs for staff.

 4. Point Allocation System 

The accreditation point system awards 1 point for every hour of training or teaching provided. Additional points can be earned for:

   - Innovative teaching methods.

   - Participation in professional development.

   - Evidence of excellence in student outcomes.

5. Continuous Improvement Requirements 

Accredited schools and teachers must demonstrate a commitment to continuous improvement through:

   - Regular review and updates to course content.

   - Implementation of feedback from students and external assessors.

   - Participation in audits and quality assurance visits.

6. Monitoring and Review Policy 

Accredited institutions will undergo regular monitoring, including:

   - Annual audits.

   - Site visits by EQAs.

   - Ongoing evaluation of student outcomes and teaching quality.

   - Submission of documentation, such as the IQA Strategy Plan, Sampling Plan, and Organizational Chart.

 7. Complaint and Appeal Procedures 

Complaints and appeals related to accreditation decisions must follow this process:

   - Submission of a written complaint or appeal within 30 days of the decision.

   - Review by the accreditation board.

   - Final decision communicated within 14 days of review.

 8. Ethical Standards and Professional Conduct 

All accredited schools and teachers must adhere to strict ethical standards, including:

   - Equality and diversity policies.

   - Zero tolerance for malpractice, including the misuse of artificial intelligence.

   - Compliance with safeguarding policies.

9. Re-accreditation and Renewal 

Re-accreditation is required every 3-5 years, depending on the institution’s performance and adherence to standards. Schools and teachers must demonstrate:

   - Ongoing compliance with accreditation criteria.

   - Evidence of improvements or updates to courses and teaching methods.

 10. Suspension and Revocation of Accreditation 

Accreditation may be suspended or revoked in cases of:

   - Non-compliance with health and safety standards.

   - Unethical conduct or malpractice.

   - Failure to meet evaluation criteria during monitoring visits.

   - Withdrawing from the accreditation process without notice.

 11. Record-Keeping and Documentation 

Accredited institutions must maintain accurate records, including:

   - Proof of public liability insurance.

   - IQA Strategy Plans and Sampling Plans.

   - Records of student assessments.

   - For the UK: UKPRN Number and ICO Registration Number (for data protection compliance).

   - For other countries: The relevant data protection and government registration numbers.

   - Contracts with candidates.
